A Step by Step Process

1. Initial Consultation
   Your needs, ideas, and budget are outlined and discussed.
2. Develop Solution
   With our outlined budget and requirements, Schachne Architects & Builders develops a preliminary plan and cost proposal.
3. Approve Design & Budget
   The preliminary design and budget are reviewed and fine tuned.  Materials and finishes are selected.
4. Develop Architectural & Construction Drawings
   Upon final approval the construction drawings are generated.
5. Finalize Blueprints & Material Selections
   The construction drawings are reviewed and the selection of materials and finishes are finalized.
6. Process Building Permits/Order Materials
   The drawings are submitted to the required governmental agencies to obtain the necessary building permits.  Orders for materials and finishes are placed.
7. Review Construction Schedule
   Upon receipt of permit(s), a schedule is developed to create the least amount of inconvenience to you. This is reviewed along with the building process so that you will know what to expect during construction.
8. Construction
   Sit back and relax.  We will handle all the work and keep you informed of the construction progress.
9. Final Walk-Through
   When construction is complete, together we walk through the project for a final inspection. All work will be completed in accordance with the drawings and to your satisfaction.
