We were retained to design and rebuild two existing bathrooms in a highrise condominium in Ft. Lauderdale. The goal was to update the 1970's era bathrooms with additional storage area, updated cabinetry, plumbing, lighting and shower enclosures. The cabinets were custom designed and fabricated with American made plywood and granite counter tops. All new plumbing fixtures were installed as well as new glass shower doors and enclosure.

We were asked to redesign this 1970's era master bathroom in a condominium highrise in Ft. Lauderdale. The owner, a single professional person wanted a more efficient closet and make up area as well as a refinished bathroom area. We worked out the required linear footage for the Owners clothing and numerous pairs of shoes. The Owner was overwhelmed with the final design.

A repeat client requested that we renovate their daughters 1980's era bathroom. With the kids grown and out of the house, they are now returning with with grandchildren. The owner wanted to update the bathroom for when they have house guest. One of the requirements was that the project be completed on a minimum budget.

This 1980's master bathroom was redesigned to incorporate separate his and her sink areas, a new focal point for the whirlpool tub and frameless glass shower area. Ornamental decorative columns and custom tile work were incorporated throughout the bathroom
